MC³ operates through a staged process:
applicability assessment, diagnostic assessment, governed decision-making, and controlled execution.
MC³ training is structured in clearly defined levels.
Awareness programmes support personal professional development.
Certification and licensing are reserved for those who demonstrate readiness to carry responsibility for the method.
Progression between levels is selective and based on readiness, not completion.
LEVEL 1
Awareness Phase

This awareness programme is designed for mixed-role groups and can be framed for:

Practitioner Certification Phase
Purpose: Assessed, Certification decision based on performance
Outcome (if assessment criteria met): MC³ Practitioner Certification (in defined area only)
Explicit exclusions: No MC³ training delivery, No teaching rights, No certification of others
