MC³ Certification & Licensed Training Delivery

MC³ is a proprietary communication diagnostic and intervention method
designed for use in professional, regulated, and high-stakes environments.

The MC³ Methodᵀᴹ underpins multiple certification programmes, each focused on a specific application context (for example audit, risk, leadership, or multilingual operations). All MC³ certifications follow a shared structural logic to ensure consistency, integrity, and responsible use of the method. This page outlines how MC³ certification and licensed training delivery work across all programmes.

MC³ is structured as a multi-level professional pathway. Awareness programmes and the Core Programme form part of this structure but do not in themselves confer certification rights.

MC³ certification authorises the delivery of MC³ within defined professional boundaries. It is not a continuation of awareness training, but a separate pathway requiring demonstrated readiness, ethical judgment, and responsibility.

Unauthorised use, adaptation, or delivery of MC³ frameworks outside licensed certification is not permitted.

MC³ Core Certification

(Common to All Programmes)

MC³ helps professionals and organisations reliably diagnose and manage communication breakdowns
in complex, multilingual, and risk-critical contexts.

The MC³ Core is the foundation of the MC³ Methodᵀᴹ and is mandatory for all certification pathways. It establishes the shared language, diagnostic discipline, and professional boundaries required for all MC³ certifications. Certification ensures consistent quality and responsible application across contexts.

The Core covers:

  • The MC³ Methodᵀᴹ and core diagnostic frameworks

  • Communication as operational, reputational, and organisational risk

  • Pattern recognition and early indicators of misalignment

  • Ethical boundaries, scope definition, and professional judgement

  • Intervention logic and proportional response

Assessment standards are consistent across all MC³ certification programmes, regardless of application area.
There is a single assessment standard for MC³ certification.

MC³ certification and assessment are delivered by the method owner.

Programme-Specific Certification Pathways
(Additional MC³ certification pathways are in development and will be introduced in line with professional demand and quality assurance requirements)

Building on the MC³ Core, candidates may pursue programme-specific certification pathways, such as:

Each pathway applies the MC³ Methodᵀᴹ to a defined professional context, using programme-specific learning content and case material.

Programme-specific pathways do not replace or alter the MC³ Core.
They extend its application.

Optional Add-Ons (Post-Certification)

(Optional add-ons are in development and will be introduced selectively to support delivery in specific linguistic, sectoral, or operational contexts.)

Following certification, practitioners may choose optional add-ons to support delivery in particular contexts.

Add-ons may include:

  • Adaptation for delivery in different languages

  • Business- or sector-specific case studies

  • Contextual application workshops

Add-ons adapt delivery context only.
They do not change certification status, assessment criteria, or certification authority.

Training Delivery & Licensing

Delivery of MC³ training is subject to a formal licence.

MC³ operates a structured licensing model to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of approved training packages, while maintaining centralised certification and assessment standards.

Licensing Model
The following licensing options apply to MC³ training delivery:

  • Individual Licensed Trainer (in development)
Authorises delivery of approved MC³ training packages within the scope of the trainer’s certification pathway.

  • Organisational Licence (Internal Delivery) (in development)
Intended for organisations seeking to deliver MC³ training internally to their own staff under defined conditions.

Licensing authorises training delivery only. It does not confer certification or assessment rights.

Certification authority and assessment remain with the method owner.

Training Delivery Status

Approved MC³ training packages are provided for licensed delivery.
Additional training delivery formats and licensing options are in development and will be introduced selectively in line with quality assurance and professional demand.

Training, facilitation, or certification based solely on MC³ publications, or any informal use of the MC³ Methodᵀᴹ without certification and licence, is not permitted.

For Organisations

Organisations interested in building MC³ capability — through certified practitioners, licensed trainers, or internal development — are invited to discuss appropriate options aligned with their operational context.
