Building Training Systems That Work

Every organisation reaches a point where training can’t just be delivered — it has to be engineered.
That’s where I come in.
I build systems from the ground up e.g. in education: analysing skills gaps, designing the curriculum architecture, creating the delivery model, and ensuring every session feeds measurable performance outcomes.
I’ve done it before — first through Bosch, then Love Gaelic, where I developed an entire training ecosystem from scratch on a remote Hebridean island. That meant designing courses, books, assessment tools, digital learning paths, and live immersion experiences that connected learners from over 20 countries.
From that foundation, I created MC3 – Multilingual Cultural Communication Coaching: a system that helps global companies train employees to communicate clearly across cultures, technical languages, and departments. It blends instructional design, process improvement, and cultural intelligence — so learning doesn’t just happen, it sticks.
For an organisation like yours, that means:
Developing a scalable professional development framework that captures internal expertise.
Turning tacit knowledge into structured learning materials and case studies.
Building trainer capability inside your organisation for long-term sustainability.
Aligning training outcomes with operational goals, safety, and quality targets.
My background combines manufacturing, auditing, Lean Six Sigma, and multilingual education. The result is a training design approach that treats people development with the same rigour as product development.
If you’re ready to build a training system that grows with your organisation — not just a set of courses — let’s talk.
